How good is your family dentist? Do they offer you the care that you need? In many cases we do not actually know this until we find something better, and this is what happened to me and our family. For many years we kept the same dentist before I needed an emergency appointment at the . It was only after this appointment that I realized just how superior the care was there, and the following week I registered with them. I want to talk to you about what sets these guys apart, hopefully it will inspire you to seek better dental care.
In the 2 years since i have been with my new dentist I have not had to wait any more than 3 days for an appointment and in most cases I have it within 2. In my previous practice I used to wait at least 4 days for an appointment, although it was usually 7.
I had never really paid much attention to the service that I received at my old place, I knew that the dentist was very good at what he did and so I guess that I was happy enough with that. At my new dentist however they are absolutely focused on customer service and from the moment that you speak with the receptionist, right through to actually dealing with the dentist, you are treated like VIP. I didn’t know how much I enjoyed this level of service until I got it, and only now do I look back and realize just how poor my old dentist was in this regard.
All three of my children detest the dentist and they will do just about anything not to go, including all manner of twisted lies and fantasies. In spite of this however, and they still do have the fear, our new dentist is so great with them, that they actually don’t mind going now. Our dentist is patient, cracks a joke at the right time and knows just how to calm the kids down to have their treatment.
The prices here are slightly more expensive and I don’t mind that as I believe that you get what you pay for. The real key however when comparing this place with my old surgery is that the prices are very clear and there are never any hidden fees or charges. I have spoken to many friends who tell me that their experience is the same, something which I no longer have to deal with.
I would happily eat my lunch from any of the surfaces in my dentists, including the floor, such is the ridiculous level of hygiene in the place. I genuinely believed that my old dental practice was clean, but when I compare it to this place, the old practice looks like a real mess!
