If so set yourself a realistic goal of getting at least 6 hours of quality sleep per night. As you’ll be much more alert during business hours if you’ve enjoyed a decent night’s sleep.

To ensure that you remain happy, motivated and excited about your business, it’s well worth treating yourself to relaxing vacations every couple of months. Especially as most hotels and resorts offer high-speed internet, which will allow you to be able to stay on top of your business, from a comfortable poolside lounger.
As being an entrepreneur can be stressful at times, it’s important for your mental health and wellbeing to take regular vacations each year.
4. Don’t be afraid to delegate tasks to high skilled individuals who you trust
One way to ensure that you get enough down time and time to spend with your loved ones is to employ trust-worthy, passionate, highly skilled individuals who you’ll feel comfortable delegating important tasks to as your business grows from strength to strength.
5. Ensure to keep hydrated
If you don’t carry a water bottle around with you, it’s well worth getting into the habit of doing so as if you remain hydrated each day, you’ll have far more energy to invest into your business.
6. Consume foods which are packed full of nutrients and vitamins
Another way to ensure that you’re always on top of your business game is to consume a healthy, balanced, nutritious diet which contains foods which are packed full of essential vitamins and nutrients.
7. Don’t fall into the trap of eating take out several times per week
If you fall into the trap of eating takeout several times per week you may start to feel sluggish as take out is normally full of processed foods, which won’t fuel your body or provide your body with a high dose of nutrients and vitamins!
